Product Marketing Website

Protect Truth

As part of a broader effort to promote our in-house whistleblowing platform, I was tasked with designing a product marketing website from the ground up. Although I wasn’t involved in the initial platform design, I took full ownership of the website experience, from UX structure to the final UI visuals.

The goal was to build a clear, user-friendly, and conversion-oriented website that presents the platform's features, pricing plans, and value proposition in a way that appeals to both legal teams and business stakeholders. The site also supports lead capture through demo requests and enables direct purchasing of the service.

  1. Defined the overall user flow and content architecture to guide visitors from product discovery to conversion.

  2. Designed high-fidelity mockups and UI components aligned with the platform’s branding.

  3. Focused on clarity, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

  4. Created a pricing section with interactive elements to help users self-identify the best plan.

  5. Supported marketing needs with call-to-action placement and SEO-friendly layout structures.

This project allowed me to apply product thinking to a marketing context, balancing visual appeal with functional clarity, while ensuring a seamless experience across the site.

Thoughtful Design for Both Desktop & Mobile

The user experience was designed to be equally effective and intuitive across all devices. Both the desktop and mobile versions were crafted with the same attention to detail, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.

  1. Fully responsive layout adapting fluidly to screen size

  2. Optimized mobile navigation (e.g., collapsible menu)

  3. Touch-friendly interface elements and CTAs

  4. Emphasis on readability and clear content hierarchy

  5. Tested across multiple resolutions and devices for consistency

Loan Application Portal

I was assigned to redesign an existing loan application portal used by businesses to apply for loans through an intermediary service provider. The existing system was difficult to use, poorly structured, and lacked a cohesive UI. My responsibility was to rethink the user experience and completely redesign the interface, while keeping the core business logic and adapting to new user and stakeholder needs.

The platform serves as a step-by-step portal where companies can submit loan applications, track their status, upload required documents, and receive notifications on approval progress. I worked closely with the internal team to understand user pain points and translate business logic into a more intuitive and streamlined user journey.
